This picture was taken at Shau Kei Wan (筲箕灣, Shāo​jī Wān  in Mandarin) in Hong Kong, and is just one of Cantonese cuisine is famous the world over, and many-a Hong Kong restaurant offers modern, unique and worldly takes on traditional Cantonese dishes. But while glitzy eateries serve HKD 200 entrees, out on the street the most traditional of dishes are still widely available: fresh, bloody meat sold by vendors in dirty aprons. Ah, the sweet, sweet smell of fish!
