Highlights include the world's biggest Polar Aquarium where you'll find marine animals from both polar regions including belugas, penguins, sea otters, polar bears and other creatures from these freezy climes.

There's also the Coral Hall, featuring tropical fish and around 200 species of coral plus a shark aquarium which houses a huge whale shark. Beluga whale, dolphin, sealion and seal performances are held daily in the Animal Show Arena.

Tiger Sculpture Square features the largest animal sculpture in China—a rendering of six tigers which is 35.5 m (38 yd) in length and stands at 6.5 m (21 ft) tall.

There's also the Tiger Beach Aviary, China's largest birdcage, which displays around 150 bird species.

A range of activities are also on offer within the park including a 4D cinema and scuba diving.
