Longmen Grottoes_Shane Watson Luoyang's most revered Buddhist site and popular tourist attraction, the Longmen Grottoes (Lóngmén Shíkū, Sui Dynasty (581-619 AD) well into the Tang Dynasty (618-690 AD) and there are plenty of fascinating nooks and crannies to explore, each with its own set of intricate Buddhist carvings.
