food_the jerk From the succulent roasted lamb of Xinjiang, the fishballs and BBQ of Hong Kong to the fiery flavors of Sichuan or the steamy delights of hot pot, Chinese people love to eat, and the variety of cuisines, tastes and textures in China are so bountiful that meals and food experiences tend to form some of the longest-lasting memories of any trip to China. A case in point — the world traveling Flickr user "thejerk" put together this homage to Chinese cuisine from his wandering through the Middle Kingdom saying:

"I didn't take nearly enough photos of the deliciousness in China but what I have, I display here. We're talking real Chinese food, not the greasy over-soy-sauced fare we find in the US&A."
