Guangzhou Da Dao This one comes from Flickr user Nino Kanapi (aka tempa-prism) and is an entrant in our Ctrip China Travel Photo Contest. Thanks, Nino, for this amazing shot of China's tallest building, the Canton Tower, shining like a space-age Christmas tree through the banks of search lights painting the night skies above the Pearl River. We love the traffic streams from the long exposure, too. Visitors to China comment all the time that Chinese cities' love of neon and flashing lights makes it feel a bit Christmas-like all year 'round, and in the next few days we'll be giving you more photos of shiny, twinkling Chinese skylines... so stay tuned, and happy holidays!
