It's not often you imagine a rabbit chasing a tiger out the door but that's exactly what's happening tonight as we head into the new lunar year and the Year of the Rabbit.
Fireworks are a big part of the Spring Festival celebrations here in China as people ward off evil spirits and misfortune. You'll see (and hear) plenty of them in every size, shape and form over the next week, and expect to wake up tomorrow (if you can get any sleep at all that is!) to a pavement littered with red paper debris. The strict safety guidelines that go hand-in-hand with this kind of fire power elsewhere are virtually non-existent so be careful and enjoy the show!
